Michael Stoll's work reflects his commitment to sustainability in all its dimensions. As CEO of REMEX GmbH, he evaluates sustainable management, enabling social participation and exemplary compliance as the cornerstones of corporate responsibility. Socially responsible, sustainable and legally compliant activities are an integral part of my personal philosophy and form an essential pillar of REMEX GmbH's business success. They also serve as the foundation for my work in various associations, whose interests I represent.

Recycling expertise is also reflected in clear processes with regard to sustainability. A theme that the recycling associations, which Michael Stoll heads, are as dedicated to as REMEX GmbH. Under his leadership as CEO, REMEX was named one of the most sustainable medium-sized companies in Germany for the first time by WirtschaftsWoche magazine in 2022. The ranking was based on an analysis of the sustainability activities of 4,000 German SMEs. In the overall assessment for 2023, REMEX was ranked 20th and thus positioned itself in the top half of the 50 companies honored for two years in a row. In 2021, REMEX was already a finalist for the 14th German Sustainability Award, a distinction awarded by the Stiftung Deutscher Nachhaltigkeitspreis e.V. (German Sustainability Award Foundation) in cooperation with the German Federal Government, leading municipal associations, business associations, civil society organisations and research institutions.
